One of the things about the trip I'd been looking forward to the most- driving over the pass (that would be the mountains, for those unfamiliar with WA lingo) to see the extended family in Yakima! Not a bad drive- about 3 hours, but you go over the Cascade Mountain Range, so it's always beautiful. I was especially looking forward to seeing the snow-laden trees. So wintery!

And here it is! Scotty slept through most of the drive, but Addie was awake to enjoy it with us.
So quiet, so beautiful, just wonderful. Aaahhh.
