The diorama of Washington DC- the White House and Lincoln Memorial. Pictures just don't do it justice!
Scotty loved watching at his own level.
NY city's subway, taxi cabs, and Grand Central. Just great!
After the trains, we left the mall and went further into Dallas to check out some lights. Though we don't have pictures, this was the best part of the night by far, and something we'll be sure to do every year! We went into an historic part of the city called Highland Park, which reminded us of Beverly Hills. Beautiful wide streets of mansions- beautiful architecture! Many of these grand homes were decked out in the most wonderful lights- it was breathtaking! In addition to the streets of lovely homes and lights, there were horse-drawn carriages taking other onlookers through the night. We loved looking at the homes, the lights, the horses, and just drinking in the festive atmosphere. It was a great family memory of our first Dallas Christmas!
