Grant and Addie celebrated New Year's their own special way.
First, there was a dance party. Lots of silly disco music and they danced until they had no boogie left in them.
Then we went over to the Kropf's for the flashlight safari the daddy's had set up. The guys took numerous stuffed animals and darkened the apartment, then the mommies and kids came over to search with their own flashlights and find the animals. It was so cute!
Here, Addie finds her worm, Slimy.
Here they shine their lights on Grover. You can't tell because of the flash, but it was actually really dark in the house!

what a fun time! You get extra points for creativity! I bet my kiddos would love that game. Micah could use his head lamp oh yeah!
what a terrific idea! great for their age, good cheap thing to keep them busy. I'm impressed.
some daddies never grow up...Yeah for them!...but seriously...a safari? only crazy daddies who spent too much time in chapel media would come up with that :)
